5 GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent/ comparable including English Language and Maths.2 years relevant experience processing of Payroll, Pensions and HMRC regulationsRegular use of a computerised payroll system, Regular use of Microsoft Office packagesAwareness of the technical aspects of payroll administration, best practice and legislationAbility to work as part of a teamWell-developed communication and customer service skillsAbility to undertake multiple tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to build relationships with officers at all levelsAbility to deal with and resolve issues using personal and professional judgementAbility to exercise tact and discretion in relation to confidential mattersAccess to a form of transport which will permit the post holder to carry out the duties of the post in full , Three years relevant experience
