The post of Payroll, Pensions and Benefits Officer at Lambrook School Trust Ltd offers a unique opportunity to play a central role. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the Payroll, Pensions and Benefits team within the Bursary Department, deliver a first-rate Payroll service and support the ongoing administration of a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme for Teachers, the Teachers’ _Pension Scheme and a Defined Contribution Scheme for support staff. It is an all-encompassing role working on a variety of payroll, pension and Benefits matters.
If you are an experienced Payroll professional and are looking for your next move within a fast-paced and varied environment, then this is an exciting time to join the team. You will need to be confident to work with minimum supervision but will be well supported by the Director of Finance, Bursary Manager and HR Manager.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, communication and relationship management skills and the ability to work within a team are essential.
Working as a valuable member of a small busy and supportive function, you will provide a comprehensive and effective professional service alongside the rest of the team. This is a full-time post, required all year round. Although we may consider part-time working arrangements.
The Payroll, Pensions and Benefits Officer will report to the Director of Finance and the Bursary Manager.
