Payroll Product Manager - A global organisation with their HQ in Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a Payroll Product Manager with strong skills in Pay Transparency.
Payroll Product Manager - Skills and Experience;
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payroll technology space, with a focus on Pay Transparency features.
* Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and knowledge of emerging trends in Pay Transparency. (ESSENTIAL)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in payroll management.
