Payroll Professional

We are actively recruiting for a Payroll Professional job opportunity with a successful, long standing, accountancy firm based in Bedford. The salary is negotiable and will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason.

Responsibilities:

• Work very closely with and supporting the Payroll Manager
• Basic payroll skills and the ability to perform manual calculations
• Process weekly and monthly payrolls
• Knowledge of Workplace Pensions
• CIS tax knowledge preferred (not essential)

Requirements:

• Have good eye for attention to detail and accuracy
• Have a positive attitude
• Payroll experience, ideally from an accountancy firm or bureau
