SalaryExcellent opportunity to work in a busy payroll team who manage a monthly payroll for nearly 3000 employees. Our client needs additional help whilst they undergo a number of company projects.
- Hours of work 37.5 per week
- Hybrid working available - 2-3 days in the Warrington office (parking available) and 2 at home.
- Occasional requirement to work additional hours to meet payroll deadlines.
The role:
- Timely & accurate processing of payrolls for over 3000 employees which will increase as we continue to grow
- Processing starters, leavers, bonus data, overtime, allowances, company benefits, pensions, statutory payments & deductions, sickness & other absences, etc
- Data analytics
- Customer service - providing a high level of service to both internal & external clients
- Monitoring and maintaining Payroll email inbox
- Providing support to other team members
The person:
- Experience in ITrent Payroll system is essential
- Experience of In-House Payroll
- Experience in DC pension schemes
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excel & Word skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills & the ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work to tight deadlines
- Strong team player
