Following the acquisition of Brookson by People2.0 the responsibilities of the People Team have grown to include supporting the wider EMEA region.
We are now recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to cover the UK and wider EMEA payrolls. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role within the People Team.
Our Warrington office (WA1) is easily accessible by car and a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
What will you be doing as a Payroll Specialist?
- Manage end to end payroll for employees across the group, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Taking ownership of payroll processes, drawing on your experience
- Collaborate with payroll providers across EMEA to ensure efficiency.
- Focus on process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Process new company starters, including right-to-work checks.
- Conduct HR inductions to new starters across EMEA.
- Work closely with Line Managers, proactively gathering information and providing support.
What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Payroll Specialist?
Essential Experience:
- End to end payroll experience in the UK and wider EMEA.
- Experience in dealing with Pensions, auto-enrolment, and processing starters and leavers.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience of Resource Link (Zellis)

- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
