KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain the purchase ledger and deal with UK EU and non-EU suppliers
• Perform reconciliations of supplier statements.
• Laise with sales team to raise orders
• Processing expenses
• Ensure invoices are approved in line with company policies.
• Payment of purchase ledger invoices via weekly BACS
• Raise the Purchase orders for the factory suppliers
• Creating manual payments for ad hoc bank transfers.
• Raising sales invoices, post receipts & reconcile customer accounts.
• Journal postings for bank interest and any other receipts / payments to the general ledger.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Timely completion of month-end ledger closing processes.
