Your new role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for;
- Communicating with relevant stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Using SAP to process invoices and Ad Hoc query resolution.
- Bank and statement reconciliations.
- Recognising critical issues and escalating accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable assistant.
- Good communicator and strong team ethic.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritise work load.
- ERP system experience is preferred.
