Payroll Controller, Stirling, £40k- £44k

We are looking to speak with ambitious, driven and committed payroll professionals who are excited at the prospect of shaping the payroll function for a vibrant organisation. The successful individual will be rewarded with hybrid working and an above market salary and benefits package.
What will the day-to-day look like?
- Processing end to end weekly and monthly payroll
- Ensuring accurate adjustments for starters or leavers
- Ensuring that all legislative and compliance requirements are met including audit and SOX compliance
- Develop strong relationships with Finance and HR to ensure the smooth and efficient running of payment processing, reporting and budgeting
- Identify and implement new processes for effective reporting and ensuring minimal errors
- Managing and resolving payroll queries
- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with 3rd parties
Are you who we are looking for?
- Experience in all aspects of end to end payroll ideally within a large business
- Committed and driven to delivering results and meeting deadlines
- The ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency across payroll software and T&A systems
