The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients at Havelock Grange Practice: Will act autonomously within their professional boundaries providing clinical care to patients face to face, telephone consultations and home visits. Will demonstrate safe, clinical decision making by providing care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care within a primary care setting. Will prioritise the need of the patients, making any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner. Will deliver a high standard of patient care as Advanced Practitioner in general practice, using advanced autonomous clinical skills, and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base.
