Do you have experience within Customer Service or Sales? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join one of our longstanding clients - a leading technology and solutions business. This role is perfect for an individual who has a passion for building and establishing client relationships.
You will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to customers through the facilitation of processing quotes and orders.
What will the role involve?
- Develop and maintain relationships within the external customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to maximize sales opportunities
- Processing orders and completing associated administration
- Prepare and issue quotes
- Managing customer inquiries via email and telephone
- Identify upselling opportunities and generate leads from the incoming calls.
- Sales administration duties
- Support field-based account managers, field operatives and distributors - to fulfil their required roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to keep them updated on order information, promotions and new products
Essential criteria:
- Experience working in a Customer Service or Sales background is essential
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised administrator
- A team player with great attention to detail
