The primary focus of the role is to work as an autonomous, prescribing practitioner providing patient centred clinical care, diagnosis and treatment of our adult patients across our patient population as to support the management of respiratory conditions. Provide long-term condition management and potentially day-to-day acute care, participating fully in the delivery of healthcare provision in the primary care setting for our patients with long term conditions. To support GP Practices with the care of patients with respiratory conditions, engaging the wider PCN teams with focused projects such as our High Frequency User Programme and other PCN initaitvies as required. In addition to this, providing mentorship and supervision to the Nursing Associates and Student Nurse to carry out their spirometry and Feno clinics at scale, is an invaluable part of the role.
