This position is set to commence after the Easter holidays and extend at least until July 2024.

Role Responsibilities:

• Inspire a passion for physical activity and healthy lifestyles through engaging PE lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4 students.
• Tailor lessons to accommodate diverse student needs and abilities, employing various teaching strategies.
• Encourage active participation and positive attitudes towards physical education and well-being.
• Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Foster effective communication with parents/guardians through meetings and school events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications preferred, but experienced Sports Coaches will be considered.
• Specialisation or significant experience in teaching PE for Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Strong understanding of PE, coupled with a passion for promoting physical well-being and personal development.
• Excellent classroom management skills to create a supportive learning environment.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.

Pay:

The daily remuneration for this position is competitive and negotiable based on qualifications and experience, with a minimum daily rate of £140 and going up to £240 PAYE.
