Do you have excellent knowledge of pensions? Passionate about training, coaching and developing a team? Experience in training on systems?
I am recruiting for a Pension Trainer in the Belfast area for a leading Financial Services organisation who are going through an impressive period of growth!
What will you be doing in this role?
* Training employees on technical pension systems
* Writing and implementing training materials
* Providing on-going coaching and development
* Reporting feedback to Management
* Liaising with Stakeholders to implement feedback into training
* Working closely with the QA team
What do you need to apply?
* Sound knowledge of pensions
* Experience using pension systems
* Proven ability to train and develop
