Pensions Administration Team Lead - Croydon

We are currently partnered with one of the fasting growing EBCs in the country, supporting them in their search to appoint pension administration leaders to help lead the team's growth through 2024.
In these roles, general responsibilities will include checking and authorising work, managing the personal development of the team, allocating and overseeing the work being carried out, attending Trustee meetings, and managing client relationships.
The majority of the portfolio is made up of Defined Benefit schemes and therefore experience in delivering administration services to these clients is of paramount importance.
Further responsibilities will include:
- Managing resources to ensure that scheme event and member event targets are achieved
- Ensuring delivery of services in accordance with client SLAs Management of ad hoc administration projects/exercises
- Supporting the Member Services Manager
- Building technical client knowledge and understanding In terms of what our client is looking for.
- Experienced in directly or assisting to manage a team or have extensive experience in stepping into a TL role in their absence.
- Well versed in the training and development of others, have exceptional technical pensions and legislative knowledge and understanding, and have a positive and confident attitude towards work.
