The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Consultant
We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Education Recruitment Consultant based in our thriving London Office. We are seeking driven individuals who are ready to make a real impact on the lives of today's students. As an Education Recruitment Consultant within our Schools division, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants to connect outstanding educators with schools across London.
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.
Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators
- Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators, fostering professional relationships to support their career growth and objectives.
- Business development - broadening the network of schools we can support with exceptional educators.
- Managing day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach.
- Facilitating interviews and negotiating with clients and educators to obtain the best outcome for all stakeholders
