Job Description
Davies Resourcing is looking for a customer-oriented service representative with excellent communication skills. The customer service representative will be responsible for providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide support on pension contributions, account access and other pension related services.
Skills/Requirements
- Previous Pensions experience
- Proven Customer Support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Key Details
- £160 Per Day, inside IR35 via umbrella
- Start date - Early August 2023 (TBC)
- Contract - Initially until the end of November 2023
- Location - Edinburgh – Office based
- Hours - Core hours (between 8am-6pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: £160.00 per day
