A Pensions Specialist is required to join the Reward team of one of our regular clients. The role involves administering pension schemes and providing pension-related advice to employees, whilst assisting with wider pension related strategy.

Description
The Pensions Specialist will be responsible for:
- Administering the company's pension schemes.
- Providing accurate and timely pension information to employees.
- Ensuring compliance with pension regulations and legislation.
- Assisting in the development of pension strategies.
- Providing support to the Reward team as required.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in pension legislation and best practice.
Profile
A successful Pensions Specialist should have:
- A strong understanding of pension schemes and legislation.
- Proficiency in data management
- Understanding of both DC and DB schemes and knowledge of auto enrolment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively provide pension advice.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle pension-related queries.
- The ability to work independently and as part of the wider Reward team
Job Offer
- A yearly salary of £46,000 - £50,000, dependant on experience
