People Advisor – Part-time

Part-time People Advisor – 22.5 hours per week (can be worked flexibly with hybrid working available) 

Location: Milton Keynes 

Salary: up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) 

The opportunity: 

Employee-relations focused role - Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive workplace culture, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring our people are given the opportunity to thrive. 

Upskilling and coaching -You'll play a key role in upskilling and coaching our People Managers, making sure they have the tools and knowledge to lead effectively. 

What we're looking for: 

• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and confident in its application
• Proven experience in HR, or a similar role, where employee relations was a focus 
• Curious by nature with strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Enthusiastic, collaborative and proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
