You would be joining a friendly team –helping us to provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient HR service to the organisation.

About you

We are looking for a proactive and customer-orientated Admin Assistant to join our friendly team. Ideally, you will have had previous experience of working in recruitment or in a human resources team but we are willing to consider candidates of other relevant admin / customer service backgrounds.

You will be the first point of contact for routine enquiries from candidates, employees and managers, providing a friendly and efficient service. You will be responsible for providing fast-paced admin support, accurately maintaining our HR system and employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

You’ll have strong organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail, as well as working knowledge of computer systems and databases, including MS Office. You will be a good communicator, who is happy to use your initiative and contribute ideas aimed at ongoing service improvement.
