Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Spearhead employee engagement and culture campaigns to enhance workplace satisfaction
- Facilitate regular culture 'catch ups' across all levels of the organisation, analysing insights gained
- Generate and deliver insightful people reports to inform decision-making processes
- Evaluate feedback from external platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed to enhance the employer brand
- Manage recruitment processes, from crafting job adverts to posting on various platforms
- Collaborate on additional People-related projects and initiatives
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support organisational objectives
- Provide support to the People & Culture Manager in various tasks
Profile
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment roles
- Possession of a full UK driving license
- Flexibility for weekly travel, primarily across the Northern region of the UK
- CIPD qualification is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective presentation skills
- Outstanding organisational capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
