HR / People Assistant (part time, 20hrs, 4 days a week)
The role
This fantastic opportunity is ideal for an existing HR Officer or a HR Administrator that is ready for the next step in their career, to join a People function during a really exciting time in its journey.
Working alongside the People Director and reporting into the Senior People Advisor, in this brand-new role you will play a key part in transforming the People function and output within the organisation, by supporting in the delivery of the People Strategy.
Who we are looking for
A HR professional who is proactive and understands how HR can truly add value within an organisation.
Who has the ability to identify areas where HR processes and procedures can be improved and offer up solutions and ideas to develop ways of working along with driving efficiencies.
Someone who can look into the “so what” of the data that the People Team gather and provide insight.
An individual who approaches tasks with a positive and proactive manner.
Someone who has excellent communication skills when interacting with all levels of the business (Including the Executive Team)
An individual who is comfortable in managing the day to day administrative tasks within the HR function, whilst having the capability and desire to own and be involved in project work that drives the delivery of the People Strategy.
A professional who has excellent attention to detail and work standards.
