Job Title: People Assurance Assistant
Contract Type: ?Permanent? 
Salary: £23,811.40 (£26,214.67 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: ?35 hours 
Working Pattern:?Monday - Friday 
Location: Liverpool, Hybrid

The difference you will make as a People Assurance Assistant.
Support and advise the Director of People & Culture and the wider People Services Team with all aspects of administration and coordination activities to support service delivery and employee engagement.
Support the day-to-day management of the overall People Services priorities enabling the achievement of the people strategy. Provide support on People Services projects. Assist capturing and monitoring people change activity and support with tracking, monitoring, and reporting on People Services performance and standards. Assist with the maintenance of the People Services intranet site and assist with the review and capture of People Services Processes
About You  
You will demonstrate Our Riverside Way and ways of working, have a proven ability to create and organise, initiatives, events, meetings, and communications and develop and lead engagement sessions, liaising with suppliers as required. A Proven track record of providing administrative services and experience of administration, digital savvy, proficient with Microsoft packages including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
?Role Requirements 
  • Role model, champion and embed Our Riverside Way and ways of working, collaborating with People Services and business colleagues to achieve the Riverside aspired culture.
  • Compile information and prepare documents in a variety of formats; and be responsible for ensuring all governance reports and actions are tracked and maintained for the function, in addition to providing Personal Assistant (PA) support to the Director and other members of the leadership Team as required.
  • A key member of People Leadership Team (PLT), the individual will attend and record all meetings, manage plans, learn, and develop their knowledge of HR and provide support to PLT joiners/movers/leavers processes to ensure timely submission of information and ensuring have right resources and kit.
  • Be responsible for all People Services communication and engagement events and be the wellbeing champion, including organising meetings and conferences; booking venues, accommodation, catering, transportation, and any other resources to ensure they meet requirements and operate efficiently. Will also be responsible for supporting Riverside wide events.
  • Prepare communications and maintain the service’s intranet site as required, ensuring that the document library is compliant with the relevant protocols and that content is accurate and well organised.
  • Perform budget management activities; including processing invoices and monitoring expenditure against budget and oversee the ordering of office supplies, ensuring goods are receipted and invoices are processed in accordance with procedures to ensure that sites are adequately resourced.
  • Create and maintain filing and database records, ensuring they are current, accurate and compliant with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support in capturing the priorities and plan for the People Strategy and the day to day running of the overarching People Services Plan.
  • Review and report on People Services performance; support the People Assurance Advisor in highlighting, issues, and risks to the People Assurance Manager to address underperformance through highlighting challenges.
  • Capture people risks and support the maintenance of the People Risk Map and actions to ensure effective governance and control. Support with effective testing of the People Services Business Continuity Plan.
  • Capture audit actions within agreed timescales and support the provisions of regular progress updates to People Assurance Manager.
