Description
- Design and implement effective change management strategies.
- Lead the Human Resources team in supporting company-wide initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports to the senior management team.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to support change initiatives.
- Address any resistance to change and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for analysing, understanding, advising and recommending the People Change impact and options on people related activities for all Business Plan commitments
Profile
A successful People Change Manager should have:
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.
- Good understanding of change management processes and proactively identifying and managing people risks
- Collaboration skills and influencing skills are key to this role that needs to build strong relationships within different areas of the business.
- Flexible and capable of organising a large amount of data/information
- Forward thinking approach with attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of the transport and distribution industry.
- The ability to design and implement effective training programmes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address resistance to change.
