Job Description
- Coordinating and streamlining HR processes and procedures
- Supporting recruitment efforts, from job posting to onboarding
- Maintaining and updating employee records in accordance with privacy regulations
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of staff training and development programmes
- Handling staff queries about HR-related issues
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a harmonious workplace culture
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices
- Assisting with any additional HR projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
- A commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct
- A keen interest in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
