You will be responsible for supporting the EMEA region that is part of a global tech business spanning 30+ countries. The PCBP will partner with senior field leaders and their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that foster organisational and people effectiveness. You will understand business priorities and translate them into a HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The PCBP serves as a liaison between the business and the Central Headquarters team to assess the HR needs in areas such as recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning and leadership development. You will have the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. You will report directly to the Director of People, Culture and Sustainability.

Responsibilities
Work with senior leadership to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Partner with senior leadership on succession planning, performance management and leadership development for field leadership teams.
Establish and maintain working relationships with international Securitas branches across several countries in the EMEA region and advise on account initiatives and ensure continuity across regions.
Provides regular reports that communicate team performance, project delivery, progress to milestones, and impacts to service delivery, meeting required client SLAs and KPIs.
Evaluates performance standards and work-related efforts as it pertains to the client site.
Advises and counsels senior field leadership.
Leads program-wide projects and initiatives that encourage process improvement and innovation and the use of tools that support the program across teams.
Report on regional account team health via standardised reports that include but not limited to monthly/quarterly time to fill, open positions, turnover, employee engagement, etc.
Support reporting for monthly business review performance metrics, quarterly business reviews and steering committee meetings.
Train and support Securitas Branches and affiliate businesses on meeting staffing, wage analysis, performance appraisal and other HR requirements for client account.
Lead analysis related to market wage analysis, variable staffing scenarios and other ad-hoc scenarios to drive continuous improvement for staffing levels and budget performance.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and duties as assigned.

Competencies
Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management, including but not limited to recruiting, examination, investigations, classification, compensation, equal opportunity, and affirmative action.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR, including EU Law understanding.
Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, while also sharing technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.

Demonstrate professional conduct in highly sensitive or volatile situations; maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public occasionally.
Computer usage, which may include prolonged periods of data analysis.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field and 5 years of progressively responsible human resource experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Operations management experience preferred.
Datacenter and contract security vendor experience an advantage.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and concisely.
Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Able to work evenings or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency or high-priority event.
Must be available for extensive domestic and international travel, up to 10% of the time occasionally with limited notice.
Hold a current British passport or be able to obtain one
