A dynamic and commercially orientated business who has recently been through an exciting restructure is recruiting for People & Culture Manager to work closely with key stakeholders across their business. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR.
Duties include.
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of HR
- Managing a team of 3 people partners to deliver an efficient and effective service.
- Delivering, developing, and supporting the people plan
- Responsible for the full end to end employee lifecycle for the group.
- Accountable for the performance of the HR function as well as providing advice on all people matters.
- Working with the HRD to investigate, plan, lead and implement business projects and programmes.
