SalaryThe People & Culture post sits within the Resources Directorate and is responsible for providing advice and support on a range of payroll and HR policies and procedures.
The role will provide generalist administrative support of the full employee lifecycle - including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll and offboarding.
A key element of the role will be the processing of the monthly payroll submission, ensuring that information that impacts on staff pay is inputted accurately and in a timely manner.
