I am exclusively working with a client based on the outskirts of Bristol looking for a HR Assistant/ HR Administrator / HR Officer looking for a role that entails you to ;
· Carry out generalist HR processes and procedures
· Support recruitment initiatives
· Support onboarding and inductions for new colleagues
· Carry out administrative tasks such as issuing contracts, drafting letters, setting up new colleagues on the HR platform (currently looking to introduce a new HR system in April ), running reports,
· Supporting training events and programmes
· Support in reviewing policies and procedures
· Support in disciplinary and grievance procedures
· Support in health and wellbeing initiatives
· Support in employee engagement initiatives
Ideally you will have a good knowledge and understanding of EDI and experience in payroll to offer support as and when required and ideally will be CIPD Level 3 qualified.
In return you will work for a fantastic HR Manager (I should know, I placed her!) in a very busy, fast paced, hands on support role where your input will make a real difference.
