Medlock Partners have exclusively partnered with a fast-paced and forward-thinking legal tech business to help them appoint a People & Culture Partner.
Reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture and the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for partnering with a wide range of senior stakeholders, helping them to shape and drive business performance and growth through an aligned people agenda.
This exciting opportunity has been created due to continued growth and success. Working as part of a friendly and highly supportive People and Culture team you will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation deliver its strategic goals and exciting growth plans.
Key responsibilities of the People & Culture Partner:
- Provide a wide-ranging partnering service to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring that all managers have the necessary tools and capability to help drive business performance.
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to address the people challenges for various business areas.
- Use key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Management of People focussed projects and change within the business.
- Build management capability through coaching and challenging on people management and decisions.
- Create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives.
- Use data and metrics to identify potential issues and support decision-making that helps increase employee engagement.
- Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
- You will have extensive experience working as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Leadership and Management experience within a People/HR Function.
- Ideally you will have gained similar Professional Services industry experience, however, this is not essential to be considered for this opportunity.
- Able to work autonomously with good technical employment law knowledge and experience of dealing with complex cases.
- Ideally you will be Level 7 CIPD qualified or working towards.
- An ability to build and develop key stakeholder relationships.
- You will have strong systems experience and pride yourself on utilising a range of people data, metrics and insights to help shape HR decisions and drive business performance.
