People Development Administrator

Salary: GBP24,000-GBP28,000

Scania have an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised with excellent customer service skills to join the team as People Development Administrator. You will play an important role in the day to day running of the department, responsible for general administration duties at the Scania Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors.
• Update and amend digital information screens within the Academy and branch network.
• Keep our internal learning management system up to date.
• Administration of accreditations and certifications with awarding bodies.
• Ensure training courses and seats are fully utilised.
• Organise customer training, events, and internal/external conferences.
• Process invoices for training sessions, meetings, and events.
