AddressSalary: £40,455 - £47,583 per annum
The BFI is looking for a People Development Partner to join the their People & Culture Team.
Please note: This role was previously advertised as Learning and Development Manager.
About the role
The People Development Partner will be responsible for developing learning and talent development programmes for all BFI staff aligned to the BFI strategy and objectives. They will focus on the:
- full learning cycle of activities including designing, curating, procuring, developing, delivering and evaluating development programmes including:
- induction
- personal effectiveness
- management and leadership development
- Equality, diversity and inclusion programmes
This includes blended programmes, eLearning, in person and virtual group sessions and briefings.
Key responsibilities include:
- To act in an advisory/consultancy role providing support and information across the BFI on agreed People and Culture priorities.
- To coach and develop colleagues to initiate effective solutions
- To procure, design, deliver, communicate and evaluate BFI learning and development events and programmes including on Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
- Facilitate the BFI induction Welcome Event, Policy Essentials, management modules and other events
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Graduate membership of the CIPD to Level 5 or equivalent with experience working within a Human Resources/People team.
- Experience designing and implementing learning and development programmes
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development method
- Experience of working effectively within a unionised environment
- Experience or knowledge of financial/budget processes and practices
