*People Director*
Working closely with the Group CEO & the SLT, the newly appointed People Director will play a vital role in helping to shape the future by introducing and driving the group wide people strategy, culture, and human resources initiatives.
As an ambitious group, our client is seeking an experienced, high-calibre HR professional with the ability to deliver strategic impact whilst fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
In the words of the Group CEO, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy that supports the our mission, values, and strategic goals.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates that align with our values.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop internal communications strategies to ensure effective communication to all parts of the group to drive an empowered workforce culture.
- Develop strategies to create an inclusive workplace that values and respects individual differences and experiences.
With an empowering leadership approach, you will display the empathy and emotional intelligence required to build and develop a high-performing and motivated team.
