Regional Recruitment Director – Education Sector

£55,000 - £70,000 DOE

Permanent People are delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity for a Regional Recruitment Director for our national client who specialise in recruiting for schools within the Education Sector across the UK market.

The Position
Our client are looking to take the business to the next step by focussing on growing the North side of the business, with plans to open offices in Leeds, Lancashire and Liverpool. This is a Non-Billing, operational level role, where you will be based from their Manchester office and will oversee small teams of recruiters up North.
Your main priority will be to maximise the commercial output of these teams, monitor daily targets, motivate and develop recruiters to achieve and deliver results.
You will work closely with Senior Management within the business to grow these divisions, and be an innovative provider of new ideas to gain business within these areas.
Your Experience
A background within education recruitment agency management at Branch Manager or Team Lead level will be required.
You will be a dynamic leader, who is able to inspire a team of recruiters, and with natural leadership, you will be a positive driving force behind the teams ability to develop new business and grow performance commercially.
