We're looking to recruit a dynamic professional, working at a relevant senior level to oversee the Project Management team and direct the Group’s Project Management (pre-construction activities), Design Management and Cost Planning activities within our Central and Northern regions.
This is a senior manager role within the Project Management and Commercial department. The Project Management and Commercial department is the glue between the Land Acquisition, Development management & planning and the construction processes and is critical in the success of our development ambitions.
You’ll have extensive property development experience of directly running pre-construction teams previously and experience of medium to large scale residential projects. Extensive technical experience and knowledge is essential for this role and could have been obtained from working for a commercial developer or a contractor background. A consultancy background would be considered if the experience is directly related Project Management to all the criteria.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
