Salary:Hub Director Salary Scale 1 -5 (£107,352 - £120,771 per annum)

At an exciting time in the Trust’s development, we are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic, and effective leader with a strong record of school improvement to join Consilium Academies. You will lead the development of a school improvement function to support the Trust’s schools in the North West, in accordance with the broader aims and principles of the Trust.
You will develop inclusive Trust-wide strategies and plans as well as plans for individual schools tailored to value difference and deliver outcomes that will improve the lives of children.
The successful candidate will present the best possible example of professional standards to colleagues.
