Are you an ambitious & experienced HR Assistant / HR Co-ordinator who is looking for the next step in your career to HR Advisor?
You might have just finished your CIPD qualification, and you will have at least 2 year’s experience as an HR Assistant.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop but will want to be an advisor for at least another 2-3 years where you can learn so much from the team.
You will have experience of working in fast paced, chaotic environments and be very comfortable working on ad hoc projects.

As part of a People team of around 32, and a headcount of c800 employees, this position will support the Commercial & Central Services function of the business. (c300 employees). Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will also have the full support of the Jnr BP’s as well as a Centre of Excellence, covering TA, L&D and C&B specialisms.
As People Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and employee experience that fuels the success of this incredible business. You'll be the driving force behind the people strategy, partnering with leaders and managers to cultivate an environment where talent thrives and innovation flourishes.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for managers & employees across Commercial & Central Services teams.
- Be the trusted advisor for all people-related matters, providing strategic guidance and operational support to managers and employees alike.
- Champion employee relations initiatives, fostering a culture of fairness, inclusion, and respect.
- Spearhead talent acquisition and development programs, ensuring to attract and retain the best and brightest minds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organisational design initiatives that optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our people policies and processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
To thrive and succeed in this integral role, you'll need:
- Demonstrable HR advisory experience, with a keen understanding of employee relations and case management.
