Adecco are recruiting for a People Insights and Analytic Manager for one of their clients to start in April.
Role Purpose
To support the client with strategy through People Insights and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct analytics and provide data driven insights on key business and talent topics, including Employee Experience, Learning effectiveness, Talent Management
- Scale People Analytics and up skill HR in data fluency
- Collaborate with IT and HR Ops to build single source of truth for Group data
- Support regular data & reporting needs for critical stakeholders, including CHRO and IPO-related requests
- Partner with HR, business and finance stakeholders to manage demands generated for analytics
- Maintain knowledge of best practice and developments in the advanced analytics space outside of the organisation
- Strengthen the brand internally and externally.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred in I/O Psychology, Social Psychology, Economics, Business, Computer Science or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in social research and analytics
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Experience in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, etc.)
- Advanced level Excel experience
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple project flows and responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
- Service-oriented and good at diagnosing partners' needs
- Strategically-oriented, good at synthesising conclusions into recommendations.
This is a 6 month fully remote contract. 37 hours a week.
