ARCA is partnered with a high-tech company seeking to hire an People Lead / Lead HR Business Partner. My client can consider suitable candidates on either a full time or part time and requires a practical and supportive People Lead with extensive experience in various companies.
The perfect candidate should feel at home guiding the leadership team in HR best practices and should excel in a non-corporate setting. This role demands being hands-on, available, and supportive. Your skill in listening, giving advice, and staying approachable is crucial for building a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute HR strategies that match the company's overall goals
- Foster good relationships between management and employees, handling any concerns or problems.
- Coordinate the hiring of new employees
- Meet the company's current and future needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining employees
- Supervise a performance review system that encourages excellence
- Manage salary and benefits
- Identify training needs and oversee training programs
- Ensure all HR practices comply with the law
Essential experience:
- Extensive People Lead / HR experience, preferably in technology or engineering
- Create HR strategies and lead effectively
- Accessible and supportive
- Great at listening, negotiating, and presenting
- Skilled at building relationships throughout the company
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
