An Advisor role within our People Lifecycle team provides the opportunity to support our employees from joining PwC all the way through their careers with us.
Depending on which of our People Lifecycle Teams you sit in you will support employees with queries, guide our Career and Talent Coaches through complex people related matters, deliver people related projects, work to continuously improve our policies and processes through the use of technology and help our business make strategic decisions informed by high quality data insights.
Key Accountabilities across our People Lifecycle Advisor roles include:
Advising employees and career coaches on people matters
  • Provide support and guidance to Career and Talent Coaches with matters relating to Health & Wellbeing, performance and other pastoral care issues
  • Support employees and colleagues across the People Function on complex people related matters
  • Design and deliver training and knowledge articles to support our Career and Talent Coach population in their roles
  • Use MI to identify trends and predict future training requirements for Career and Talent Coaches

Data and Insights
  • Reporting on and analysing our people data to provide insights and data points to support decision making across the business. Using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI to create comprehensive and simple to interpret data sets for business stakeholders
  • Providing training to further upskill and drive improved self service of reporting across the People Function
  • Provide a focus on our People Function performance through monitoring SLA/KPIs, drawing insights from the data to inform decisions

Process & Technology
  • Owning and monitoring People Function processes, ensuring they reflect best practice and that utilise technology to drive optimum efficiency
  • Ensuring employee understand our policies and processes through clear and informative knowledge articles

Skills & Experience
  • Agile and proactive
  • Ability to analyse and draw insights from multiple data sets with a view to providing recommendations and solutions for People Function data requests
  • Understanding of HR processes, including knowledge of best practices and current trends
  • High quality and timely delivery of service across the People Function
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to adapt and work in an agile environment
  • Strong governance and administration capability in order to accurately maintain knowledge databases
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and work to deadlines
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to prepare data to provide meaningful insights that will inform inclusion actions.
  • Goal orientated - maintain focus on agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Commercially orientated - keep commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions
  • Innovative and creative in approaching new challenges
