The Role
We are seeking a People Management Administrator to join our growing People Management team. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the People Management team in all areas of their work including absence management, contracts, onboarding, and legislative compliance.
You will embody the College’s values of respect, ownership and integrity and you will demonstrate these in your everyday work.
What Will You Bring to the Role
- Adapting:.You will need to adapt to changing priorities and be flexible in your approach to your work.
- Coping: You will be working in a fast paced environment where legal compliance must work alongside the need for swift action. You must be resilient to demands from colleagues and managers.
- Delivering: Whilst you will have the support of the team, you will need to be confident in taking ownership of certain tasks and issues. You may be required to take independent action to resolve some queries.
- Interacting: You will be liaising with staff and managers across the College, so you need to be someone who enjoys social interaction with others.
