This is a pivotal role, and this People Operations Manager role will work in synergy with the wider HR team & senior management to implement a contemporary & "best in class" People Operations service. This is a varied role with lots of opportunity to shape the function, with a key focus on employee life cycle and transactional HR processes, reward & how they harness data / insights to inform strategic decision making.
You'll have appropriate People Operations experience; preferably from within a commercial, busy organisation. Naturally detail-focused, and commercially curious, you will be a sophisticated communicator & change agent. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and will be particularly adept at designing and implementing commercial people solutions (especially around new technologies) & delivering a return on investment. Understanding best practice around implementing processes is key, as is managing and driving positive culture change that truly engages colleagues and supports performance.
