Concept-IT are delighted to be partnering a growing Technology business as they look to recruit a People Operations Partner. They believe in the power of data to transform HR practices and unlock the full potential of the workforce. We are seeking a talented and motivated People Operations Partner to join the busy HR team and play a key role in revolutionising how they understand and optimise our human capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilise advanced analytical techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyse HR data from multiple sources. Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across all HR functions.
- Trend Identification and Forecasting: Identify trends and patterns within HR data, proactively anticipating future needs and challenges. Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends, retention rates, and talent acquisition requirements.
- Performance Metrics Development: Design and implement comprehensive performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. Continuously monitor and refine metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Data Visualisation and Reporting: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key HR metrics and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Present findings in a clear and concise manner, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar People/HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics.
