I am seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join a global team! As the Operations Coordinator you will plan, arrange and coordinate complexed arrangements and processes.
Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator:
Source and book staff, negotiate rates, and manage schedules.
Plan and book accommodations within budget, handle complex travel arrangements, and manage visa requirements.
Maintain records, manage event accreditation, and handle IR35 compliance.
Assist with staff training, build strong relationships, and contribute to meetings.
Adhere to policies, provide administrative support, and embody company ethos.
