- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work closely with senior management.

- Redundancy Programme Management: Knowledgeable in handling redundancy programmes with sensitivity.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised and efficient, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-Sufficient: Able to stand alone and initiate actions based on strategic objectives.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and proactive, with a detail-oriented approach.
- CIPD Level 5: Desirable qualification, though not essential.
