PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful, very reputable brand within the food manufacturing sector, with the appointment of a People Partner to join a HR team within Leicester.

Due to the nature of this sector, this role will be fully office based.

Description

The role of People Partner is an exciting and varied role, offering exceptional exposure to HR projects and the People Strategy within an organisation that can offer exceptional career development and progression.

Working closely alongside the Site Director and Leadership team, the role will act as Strategic Partner to the Senior Management team and shape the People plans. This will include but not limited to:

• Represent the People team at Senior Management/site meetings to fully engage leadership to deliver the strategic and commercial People plan
• Play a key part in encouraging diversity and respectful inclusive behaviours
• Promote colleague wellbeing
• Manage the implementation of the internal communications strategy
• Deliver and follow up the annual Colleague Engagement Survey
• Embed and promote the Performance Enhancement process
• Support senior and line managers with preparing for talent mapping and succession planning activities.
• Work collaboratively with the L&D team to partner with leaders and senior managers, coaching them to develop high performing teams
• Manage complex colleague relations issues
• Support with recruitment activities
• Supervision of a small HR/administration team

Profile

The ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar position.

You may currently be a proven HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step in your career.

Alternatively, you maybe a proven HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge
