People Partner

Location: Grosvenor House, 5 Glengall Street, Belfast

Salary: £32,041.10 with opportunities to increase to £33,846.54

Contract: Permanent

Work hours: 35 hours per work. Hybrid working available 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.

Your new role

The People Partner will play a critical role in supporting the overall HR strategy, focusing on employee engagement, development, and well-being. This role will work closely with managers and employees and volunteers to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that BCM’s values and mission are upheld.

This will involve partnering with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best practice solutions on all people related matters. The post holder will be expected to deliver excellent advice and support across all day to day aspects of the management of staff and lead the delivery of training initiatives.

What we need from you

•At least three years’ experience working in an HR generalist role.

•Demonstrable experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.

•Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.

•Demonstrable knowledge of leading change management initiatives.
