About the role
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to employees and managers in all areas of the service offering, including people management issues, recruitment, learning & development, and health & Safety. Partnering with wider team colleagues to drive a comprehensive and holistic service offering.

To be successful, you'll have:
- Demonstrable HR administration experience on the full range of workplace employment matters, with a sound understanding of HR/Payroll/benefit administration
- Detailed knowledge of computerised systems
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail, an ability to deliver to deadlines and to prioritise effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desirable: Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent, or preferably CIPD Level 3 or working towards
Our offer to you
Salary: £25k per year pro rata (£12.96 per hour)
Working Hours: 25.5 hours per week. Pattern to be agreed, but must include Tuesdays at our Chy Trevail office in Bodmin, and Fridays (working from home or office as preferred).
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Hybrid Working – With an office base in Bodmin

If the role is working with vulnerable individuals and/or children and young people, you will be asked to complete a relevant DBS check to be successfully appointed to the role.
