We have an exciting 12 Month Fixed-Term contract for a customer focused People Services System and Data Administrator to join our Warwick based team!

 

As a People Services Systems and Data Administratoryou’ll provide front line support in answering and resolving employee queries. 

 

You’ll proactively assist people through the life cycle processes of an employee, predominately payroll and benefits related.

 

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll update and manage master HR Data efficiently and correctly and will also carry out system and data purges. 

 

This is an exciting role for someone who is engaged and passionate about making a difference and the role will provide the opportunity to be involved in project work. 

 

We’d hope to see you in our Warwick office one day per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!
 


Key Accountabilities:
  • Managing queries from employees by resolving tickets and replying to emails relating to employee systems access issues
  • Updating and managing master HR data (MyHub) as well as organisational data (SAP ECC)
  • Adhering to metrics and KPIs - be clear on the metrics and KPIs relevant to the position and ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement. 
  • Build internal Relationships - work effectively with the related teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless working of the HR Process in People Services and seamless interconnectivity with the business.
  • Carrying out system data purges and maintaining data integrity within MyHub
  • Ensuring data integrity from MyHub to all other downstream People systems (Coupa, Concur etc.)
  • Able to advise and mentor Offshore Kolkata team with queries and issues related to Master HR data held in  MyHub
  • Perform bulk uploads/data corrections within MyHub and SAP ECC for HR and org data.

 


About You:
  • Experience working in a HR Shared Service function or Customer Service Administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and results orientated. 
  • Good planning and organisation skills. 
  • Inquisitive, you like to find the solution to questions.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and quality
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service experience
  • Comfortable working with change and uncertainty – no two days are ever the same! 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with systems is beneficial.

£33,132 - £37,029 per annum - dependent on experience.
