You will be a Business Partner to our management team providing advice on all things people. You will be experienced in building and maintaining working relationships. A strong knowledge of employment legislation and its application is essential. You must also have the ability to ask the right questions and use data and insight to get to the heart of issues, working in partnership with the manager to find pragmatic solutions. We are looking for an experienced individual with a generalist background who does not shy away from giving honest feedback, even when it may feel uncomfortable.
The People and Culture Partner will manage a People and Culture Assistant. You will work together to ensure our people processes are both effective and efficient for our employees.
We are a small yet busy team. The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail is vital, as are good organisational and prioritisation skills.
